Very nice, Katrina! I like it a lot! One thing I suggest as a user: in some cases when I click on your role in a project link I get a blank window. I am not sure if it is supposed to be blank but it might be a good idea to remove "empty" links or fill the window with some text. :) Just an idea.. I know you have had problems with the page development but it's something you might consider in the future. From what I know about html it is not too difficult to make this change. :) Otherwise, the site looks just great! Congratualtions! :D
